Case 2

A patient presented with an infected diabetic foot with the dorsum of the foot necrotic.

He underwent debridement in the OT where the dead skin was removed and then the patient had VAC dressings till there was red healthy granulation tissue

The patient was taken to OT and a split thickness skin graft was done  with gratifying result.

The final result after skin grafting

The patient made a total recovery and was able to walk normally.
